Big difference Mike! That looks fantastic. I was never there that late in the year but here is a 'stitch' of 3 frames I took in June of 2003 but I sure like your colors better. Beautiful area!!

I sure need to learn how to do the photo stitching as what you did sure captures a much more panoramic view.
Guess I need to add that to my list of techniques to learn!!
As you know from living in Colorado it is always somewhat of a crapshoot to predict when the "colors" are going to
"peak" in the high country. I have found that the last half of Sept. to mid Oct. is usually the best time for the Jackson country.
Would be fun to try and organize a photo trip for all of the HH readers who like to photograph the fall colors in the Jackson or CO. If the timing is right, it also a great time to capture bull elk doing their thing in the "rut".
