I tried, definitely sharper but . . .

BTW What is it?

It's a Brown bear my brother in law took while fishing in AK. I have tried to how to use different settings on his camera on his P510 but he won't use anything but auto. Thank you for giving it a shot.

My brother-in-law sent this to me asking if I could sharpen it up. It's way beyond me ability. If it can be pls feel free to give it a try.

There is no way to put a out of focus image into focus without spending a lot of time and money. Lytro camera comes to mind, not sure if they are out yet, but claim to off the ability to change focus in PP.
Yes they are out there and for a number of years now, but they don't allow you to sharpen a total out of focus image either, they do allow you to change the point of focus after the fact.

LOL. I can now see what other people were seeing The part of the head above the water (not the part IN the water) look like the whole head), and the creature looks like it has a giant head and the bear's left ear looks like its left eye. Here is the real creature with the optical illusion corrected, I think mother bear was nibbling from bottom algae.

Glad you like it better. I thought I had checked "store original", but here it is with that box checked. If this doesn't work, i will be happy to email it to you directly if you give me an address.
