Really? You post a photo with an ugly anomaly asking for advise/assistance on the "line", and you go thru the effort to watermark it predominantly to keep someone/anyone from, from what stealing it?

Either you are one hell of an egotistical fool, thinking even your bad photos are so great someone would want to claim it as their own, or your opinion of us on this site is extremely low that we would want to steal a BAD photo.

I can not even find your offending line for your obtrusive and offending watermark. GOOD LUCK Sir.

He/She probably automatically exports from lightroom or whatever with that watermark. Take a chill pill bro.

And honestly, his picture with the "ugly anomaly" is better than half the garbage that gets praised on here. Just saying.

Yes Stef. She does export from Light Room and of course, if anybody wants to pay for the print, she sells it without the watermark. I am just trying to help her.

Hello all! Been a long time since I was on here but I need some help from you all! Please take a look at the attached photo. Can someone tell me from their experience, what the line is right above the young gentleman's head. Looks like sun flare but it is also apparent when shooting in dimly lit situations. Hope it is not a damaged sensor! Also, the line showed up using two different lenses. Thanks!

It could be a hair off one of those little animals you murdered

Fine, but that does not negate the fact that whatever it is you put on your plate, it is the result of actions that kill living animals (and plants with lives just as precious).

I suppose it's inevitable from time to time, when a guy asks an innocent question there will always be some evil minded shit bag that will respond like this.

Yes. Let's hope that is the reason for Mr Brownstar and jayro to go hunting - and not for the pleasure of the kill?

We agree there 120%.

I live in a place where subsistence hunting is a way of life, literally. As a senior citizen I am also priviledged in that the community will provide me with the benefits of that activity. At the drop of a hat, fish, caribou, ducks, geese, seal and whale all land on my porch.

But the same young hunters who provide that food consider "trophy" hunting to be dishonest and dishonerable. "Sport" hunting is the same thing. "Catch and Release" fishing is an abomination, thought of here as inappropriate "playing with our food".

Note also that it immoral, both in the sense of relative to the community and to the environment, to have the opportinity to harvest 10 or 20 or 100 animals and only take enough for yourself.

It's a very different value system.

We all have to eat and to me it makes little difference if it comes from a slaughterhouse, a farm, or someone's hunting trip. We're practically tripping over deer around here, as well as the ticks and Lyme disease they carry so the hunters are welcome. I will add though that as far as considering hunting a sport, I would only concede that point if the animals were also armed. If you don't like meat, don't eat it. If you think hunting is cruel you should see what animal over population results in when winter comes to much of the country. No, I'm not a hunter. Last time I fired a weapon with the intention of killing anything was in '68.
