I have been using Fuji HS-10 and HS-20 and have been more than happy with the results. See attached, I hope

You can find them on E-bay! I have a Fuji S3 Pro and it's a wonderful "Event Camera". Beautiful skin tones and great in low light!

I still have my 1st digital camera, a Fuji S602Z but I have not found a CFII that will work in it. No bent pins.

There is only one place in my area that still sells some CF cards and that is Best Buy. No one else in my area carries them anymore. My 1st Fuji took the XD card and those are extremely hard to find now too.

I have used many Fujis over the years. My favorite was a 645 folder. The bellows finally developed a leak, and I was advised to use gaffers tape to repair it. It worked, but I decided it was time to move on.
After switching to digital, I continued with Nikon. However, I recently picked up an X100 and later an X10. I like both of them and they are very convenient travelers. They are smaller than my Lumix cameras and much smaller and lighter than my Nikon D300, (soon D800)
I am very happy with the color rendition, clarity and ease of use.

Glad to hear that. I have seen a lot of people in my area buying sony and nikon a lot but now more are going to Fuji.

Yep, they came through and look nice. Glad they still work fine as they appear to produce nice photos.

That is good info. I have noticed my Fuji does better in low light than my Kodak does.

I use a Fuji FinePix S8100fd as my prime camera - it's 10 mp, 18x w/5.7x digital zoom, which I sometimes use with moon shots to fill the frame. Braced, it does a respectable job on moon shots - works great on parties - makes good super-macro shots (I like spiders!). I haven't used it for 6400 ISO yet because you can only shoot 3mp images at 6400 and 3200 ISO. That's one of the things I don't like about this camera, as well as the too short shutter speed - it only goes to 4 seconds - I also like to shoot astronomical pix! I've got two Nikon film cameras, so I'll probably upgrade to a D5000 or D5100 some day, when I get the funds, so that I can use my AI Nikon mount lenses, even if they don't work automatically, or meter through the lens - I've got a hand meter, if I need it! I'm no longer in business, so anything I shoot is for my own pleasure or for a painting.

I am surprised so many have Fuji cameras as so many talk about Canon or Nikon and a few on Sony. At least I am not the only one. Thanks to everyone who has posted.

I shoot many of my photos with my Fuji S1500 10mp w/ 12x optical bridge camera. I was checking out the Fuji website tonight to find out it is now discontinued. They have a ton of digital cameras that now include some DSLR cameras. I think it would be neat just to see how many use Fuji cameras for their photos. Thanks for your reply.

I have a Fuji s9000 that I use from time to time and really enjoy. It's the macro that I really like.

As far as I know Fuji has given up on the dslr market unless they've started up again. One of the problems that I was was they were much higher than either Canon or Nikon and the other is name recognition for cameras. Film, yes, cameras not so much.

They have started back up in the DSLR market according to their website when I looked at it the other night to see what they have on the market. They only have 3 models right now that are but are interesting. They said they are starting to redo their market to what people are asking for so they have decided to get back into the DSLR market.

I have 2 FujiFilm cameras. S100 and an older S5000. The S5000 is 3.2MP but has an awesome lens f/2.8. It takes incredibly sharp photos. I wish I had that lens on my S100 with 10MP. The S100 is a good camera and has a good lens, just not great lens.

I use the S100 to knock around with. Take to parties and places where I don't want to take my SLR. Both have RAW capabilities.

Taken with Fujifilm S5000 3.2 MP

Interesting. I've never shot a Fuji dslr but I'd have to assume they're much like the others out there. Go Fuji!

I use a Fuji S2550HD Bridge camera - it's my first (and only) "serious" camera. It took a while to learn how to fool the camera to get the effects you want - portrait mode for narrow depth of field, for example.

Personal rant: I wish someone would come out with an economical camera that allowed for easy manual selection of aperture, "shutter speed", a viewfinder and manual focus. No movies, no geedaws and gimcracks, just something that takes pictures. End of rant.
