B & W for me: The cloud seems a bit more dramatic and the foreground a bit less distracting from the interest point, the cloud.

Difficult to say one is better than the other. The color is beautiful, but the monochrome shows the different textures much better.

How's that for a non-committal reply?

I vote color for this, although with some more PP the black and white could be interesting

I Also Like Both, However The Black And White Draws Attention To The Unique Shape Of The Cloud.It Highlights It.The Other Part Of The Landscape Remains Visible But Falls Back to Support it. It Also Give it That Ansel Adams Feel.
