Congratulations, from a former Naval Aviator!
Fantastic! Husband was a Navy man. Thank your son for his decision to serve this great country.

Greetings CHuckle's, and welcome to the UHH!
Seeing the photo of your son being sworn in brought back memories of my own swearing in, back in July 1977. I spent 15 years in the Navy, not all good, but not all bad either, and I don't regret any of it. Good luck to Connor, and I hope he enjoys his time in the Navy as well.

Congratulations to both of you. Our family has had representatives in all branches of the "regular" Services (Coast Guard and Merchant Marine excluded): my wife and I are Air Force vets, our oldest son is a Navy vet, my Dad was a Marine, and my father-in-law was in the Army.

Congratulations - I remember being at a similar ceremony when my son swore into the Marines. Will pray that they both remain safe during their years of service.
