#1. just change the little girl's outfit, softer, less busy.
#2. even though critiqued as a mistake, I personally like the hair blending into the background...puts the focus on her lovely face, frames it.
3. and honestly, haven't we all had a vine or two growing out of our heads at some time or another?
4. good work. keep it up
Great ideas, Captain C- you just made me a better photographer!

what do you think...
Pretty much all was said but I will add. First off, the young models are very cute.
#1. Agree with the skin tones and the white balance. If you are using lightroom or photoshop, you can correct that but custom setting your white balance will eliminate that need. I use a WhiBal to custom set my white balance. Just google it and read up on it. There are many youtube tutorial also. The white background would have been enough.
#2. Skin tones off a bit but I see the hairlight on her right so her hair isn't totally blending in with the background. Placing it a little more behind her would work better. You always want to use a hairlight on a dark background with a subject with dark hair to avoid the floating face with no hair look. It isn't good. I don't see that here.
#3. I really like this pose and you can remove those vines above her head easily. The one thing you could do to make this image pop is adjust the levels to bring it out.
Overall, you are on the right track and will continue to improve the more you can take all the critiques. This will help you grow. Very good post.
