I really like 2&3. The little girl in the first one is beautiful but I find my attention being drawn away from her because of the bright fabric
All are attractive but for pose I like number three. The subjects are great, I wonder if you can make the colors a little richer. Number one would be more striking if the little girl had "less busy" cloths to contrast with the background or a different background. Both are beautiful models.
love 1 an 2. 3 looks lil hazy i'd try about a half stop under think the sun bleached fence kinda blows it out a tad... got really pretty models

Cute young ladies.
#1 the skin tone is off, as is the w/b as a hole. It seems tilted to the left, she kind of looks like she is going to slide out of the picture. You also have a spot on the top left corner where the backdrop is missing, the clone tool will fix it. She's super cute and I like the way she is sitting, your focus seems pretty good in this one.
#2 could have benefited from a hair light, her hair is blending into the background. Skin tones look a little too yellow as well. Focus is good, she has a nice catch light in the eyes. I really like the posing on this one as well.
#3 there are some vines growing out of the top of her head that are a little distracting. It also seems a little tilted. Skin tones look great, focus is good.

You are good with your critiques.... I am learning from you. Read what you have to say, then go back and look at the pictures again, and darned if you arent right!!
Love the 2nd and 3rd. Number one I agree is too busy, with a little croping it would be better. Keep shooting, and posting!
thanks everyone for your critiques. Do anyone know of a less than $100 photo editing program that I can buy to help smooth out wrinkles in the background and also good for digital photo
I'm going to work on hair lights with a dark background now that took another look at #2

thank you. Now If I could learn to spell and how to deliver my C&C not so directly, all would be good in the world.

I hope one day to be able to pick out little things like tilting down. I looked at #1 and i'm glad you caught that. T.Y.

#! - Really close. But note how that near shoulder is pushed up into her face? have her drop that shoulder. It is a very natural thing to do - so we need to watch that. Adults are just as prone to that as kids. Have her bend those legs and roll the top leg a bit over the lower. Tilt her head more to HER right.
#2 - my favorite. This is where a hair light could be very valuable - see how her hair blends into the black background? A splash of light on her hair would make a huge difference. Pose is pretty good, but you cut her off at the knees. Not a terrible sin, but it is usually better to crop between joints, not at them.
#3 - It is just OK. Not bad, but you missed a few opportunities to flatter her. It is a good guideline to NEVER photograph a female with her body square to the camera as it makes her as broad as possible. Put her hands in the jacket pockets and you added more inches! Now in her case, she is small enough to take that, but remember you will not always have young, thin women as subjects. You did this just fine in #2. A simple turn to her left, weight on REAR leg with a bend in the front leg, would be all you need to do.
In all three the lighting is pretty flat. Not necessarily a bad thing, but with the light off to the side a bit you get some shadows that help define the face.

I like #2 & #3. #2 would be just right if her hair was a little farther away from her eye by just a little. #3 needs no change in my opinion.
