I also have the bundle - like the web links every week (several) on how to use their products. Keeps you from floundering around and not getting what you want. Cuts down the frustration level to a minimum.
They also have good support if you have a questions. They are back with you in a short time.

I recently had an issue with a Topaz program. I used the customer service email and service was outstanding as it has always been. Based on my experience getting this issue solved will be no problem.
