Does anyone know how to contact Topaz support? Yesterday I got an email with an offer for Topaz Simplify for $19.95 reduced from 39.95 so I ordered it thinking that there was a way to get the discount. But it went through as 39.95.
There does not seem to be any way to call or email them!
Help!
Thanks

You might have been a day late. That offer has run for weeks. The last email I got said the offer was expiring and I think it was at midnight yesterday.

I got the email yesterday also. Did you enter the proper coupon code?

I go with the last post. The regular price comes up when you go to these offers, you enter the code and the new price appear.

If you know what you are buying, great. If you don't, my advise is DON"T. There is a reason why they price it at $19. You can create the same effect by using the filters that come with PS Elements. Not worth $20.

The Topaz Simplify effects are quite different from PSE 12 and well worth $20 if you like to play! I think the offer ends today, the 28th.

The coupon code was mentioned in the email: febsimplify

I thought it was quite a bargain at $20. I've had more than $20 worth of fun with it already in a week's time. If you like making artistic versions of photographs, it is a great set of tools. If you just like enhancing your photographs a little, you can use them at reduced opacity to add "just a touch" of the effect.

I've always had good luck with Topaz support via email, and have been able to resolve any issue I had. It may take them a day or two to get back with me, but the results have been consistently good. That would not be true of some other companies whom I will not name.

They wanted you to enter the coupon code "febsimplify" to get the discount. Perhaps they will allow you to do it retroactively as you ordered it in February.

Topaz has had its issues with customer support in the past. The chances are excellent that the offer expired by the time you wanted to buy Simplify.
I use Topaz Adjust 5 which is a great software but the presets in general are strong for my taste and I end up cutting their effect most of the time by 50%. It makes the file more near to reality than the preset.
I also received their offer for Simplify but Adjust is all I need. I am also happy with B&W Effects 2 which is my favorite software for b&w conversions.
When they had Denoise on sale I tried many times to buy it through the discount coupon but I was not successful. I called them and I presented my complaint but they did not honor their offer. I was simply told that the offer was over.

While you may not have got the $19.95 deal, you have not been cheated at $39.95. Topaz filters are top notch.

I have all their products and everyone of them are great. I have it as a stand alone and also in PS Elements as a filter and they work very good with PSE. Check out their products on You Tube and you will get a good idea of how they work and you can also sign up for their webinars....Rich
