LR5 "Edit In" problem

When I use LR5 and attempt to "Edit In" PSCC for a raw image, I no longer get the dialogue asking me what type of copy I want to make for PSCC. It simply loads the original raw image into PSCC without making a copy in LR. The dialogue does appear when the image is a Tiff or Jpeg. I'm guessing that there's a disconnect between LR5 and ACR.

Any help?

Hum..interesting problem. Since I do not use PS CC, but instead have the PS CS6 installed locally, I do not see the problem. I will monitor this topic as it may be a HUGE problem for PS CC users in the future!
Thank you for posting!

I have found that if I use Edit In from the Develop module I do get the dialogue asking for the type of copy to move to PSCC. If I use Edit In from the Library module however, the raw image goes directly to PSCC. After making PS edits and pressing Save or Save as in PS, PSCC does return an edited PS COPY to LR next to the original.

So, this may not be a problem but is how it's intended to work.

I just checked my LR; when sending to PS to edit, even though it won't ask, the file it's editing is the currently modified version from LR...NOT an unedited raw file.

I also noticed that when editing JPGS, that's when PS asked about which one to edit.

I don't think there's anything wrong. I just did the same thing and that's exactly what happens with mine. But there are times when it asks if I want to open with LR adjustments, open an original and something else. I believe it does this when the image I'm attempting to open is anything but a raw image. I'm pretty sure you want to open the raw image with LR adjustments so what's the big deal anyway. If you don't want any of LR's adjustments, make a virtual copy of the image in LR and remove all the adjustments and then open from LR to CC.
