So, If he's a Zombie, Do I get to shoot him in the head? Or do I need to wait for him to make an agressive move? Does it make a difference where I live? State, Country, County? Can I use any bullet I want? Can I be sued if I don't kill him? Are Zombies granted civil rights?

How did this become a Zombie thread?

It was a joke. Did you see the picture?
Hope I understand this...
Of course your opinion is yours....
However, as I recall our Forefather's used the Gun to Free ourselves from one of your Forefather Kings...
Then in World War II, my Forefather's used guns to help keep your Forefather's Free from the Nazi...
Yet, Your Country, giving up Citizen's rights to owns gun, want to tell We the American citizens to give up our guns...duh..
Makes me wonder who and with what we would come fight for your Freedoms with next time you need help..
You Don't like Gun's don't buy one...I like Gun's, well trained with them...
Also, have the common sense to when to use it..
The Tampa Movie case is not about the Gun as in all cases, it could have been a knife, a hammer, a fist, a chair...
It is about Common Sense and Human Reaction's not about the Device used...
While this incident was happening in a Movie Theater, our Local Fire Rescue was picking up the Human Remain's from an Automobile incident...
Hey let us ban Auto's too...
Duh???
Mummy, my head's sore.

Until the full facts come out at the trial it is only assumption..
What the defence could argue .. Mental instability.. threat to life.. Red mist.. is all immaterial until the trial starts.
When we were planning a trip to LA a few years ago we were given advice that if stopped by the police put your hands on the dashboard and do everything they say as they are trigger happy due to stress at the end of a shift???
Don't know whether this is still true...
Don't come here, nobody ever gets out alive, all tourists are shot and killed either by criminals or police. Every person you know who has traveled here, and returned home with pretty photos and tales of great food and scenery, and friendly people, are ALL liars- they really went someplace else!
I am a gun owner and practically everyone I know is too. Never, ever heard one go off in anger, yet I have fired thousands of rounds while target shooting of one sort or another, and much less hunting. You should know who does this sort of thing, and where, and stay away from buying drugs and avoid the parts of town where trouble exists- they look about the same as yours I imagine. To worry about it happening anywhere else is akin to worrying about getting hit by lightning or winning the lottery- both do happen- nobody knows why.
The closest I have ever come to getting killed by some sort of explosive was when I was child visiting relatives, I happened to look down the barrel of a canon outside some building in London while we were waiting in line to get in, and found out several days later, as I recognized the large ornate very old canon in the photos in the newspaper, that the IRA had detonated a bomb in it just 2 days later.
Ironic isn't it...
Note that once the IRA went away, so did the bombings- Yet I imagine the existence of explosives still persists - therein lies our problem.
Thanks for your civil comments. Your points are correct; however, if things got bad, we could count on the Brits, the Canadians and the Israelis to stand with us..... Period !
MY GUN DEALER
In a traffic stop, anything can happen. The officer never knows what can happen.
I was stopped, for speeding, on a rainy night. I pulled off in an area that was covered. I had my hands in plain sight, my windows rolled down interior lights on and my hands on the wheel.
I told the officer that I was obliged to tell him that I had a loaded pistol in the center console. He went back to his cruiser and called in my info.
He came back to my car and said," Captain, I'm letting you go, would you like to know why?. "Yes sir, I would", I replied.
He said," first of all you were concerned with MY safety and you have a concealed weapons permit...that makes you one of the good guys. You were fifteen miles over the speed limit...please slow down and have a good evening".

From what you write you are thinking of me I'd say you are the fiction writer pal. The popcorn facts are out there and I'm not dissing gun ownership--but what you need to realize is that some of us with guns really shouldn't have them. How do you tell who's who?---dammed if I know but I'm sure some lib will tell us.
Again you are a fiction writer. Noticed your location is Alberta. So you are claiming "some of us with guns really shouldn't have them" implying that we are under same set of laws and all things are even. Not so. Canada has totally a different set of laws.
As for your great revelation of popcorn flying, becoming a pivotal point of strong evidence, just how long and stable should a shot person hold a bag of popcorn? Lets see how popcorn acts:
1. Man throws popcorn at person.
2. Man spills popcorn, and it flies because of his movements/actions, as the man tries to get at a person in a different row.
3. Popcorn flies because of gravity takes over when the man is shot, and the man jostles the box, or the bag is released from his hand, hits the back of a seat and flies all about, as it heads for the ground.
I'm sure there are other scenarios.
So what's your point of how the popcorn flying is soooo important?
How about instead of making rumors and/or continuing spreading them (fictitious writer part) , let the judicial system in our country work.
William Ayers was one of Obama's mentors and introduced him to Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals". In case you aren't aware, Ayers was a leader of the Weather Underground and a convicted terrorist bomber who, incredulously, became a college professor.
Obama has followed Alinsky's "Rules For Radicals" almost to at "t". In fact, Obama is the biggest criminal in the country. After taking an oath to obey and defend The Constitution, he has done everything he can to do just the opposite, making him guilty of sedition and defining him as a traitor. Please read the following;
*How to create a social state**, by Saul Alinsky.*
*There are 8 levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to
create a social state. **The first is the most important.*
*1) Healthcare Control healthcare and you control the people**.*
*2) Poverty Increase the Poverty level as high as possible**. Poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.*
*3) Debt Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.*
*4) Gun Control Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.*
*5) Welfare Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing,
and Income)*
*6) Education Take control of what people read and listen to take control of what children learn in school.*
*7) Religion Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools**.*
*8) Class Warfare Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take** from (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.*
*Does any of this sound like what is happening to the United States?*
