Irene, I spent time trying to figure out still life photography about a year ago. Then gave up. Is it the plain background or light or what? Posting some I liked. What should I have done..

Can't see how to delete the first one. Don't know why it posted so big and with wrong crop.

Woe is me!

Goodnight!

Marilyn I really like the doll very nice

Sharing hobbies/addictions

Castironitis it's called. For both outdoor and indoor cooking.

Dutch ovens and spiders in North America (see Laura Ingalls Wilder)

Camp Ovens in Australia. But you see I took two N Am ovens with me. They are the ones with the flat lid in pic 3. & my Aussie friend is more addicted than me.

Unpictured are my 3 Aussies ovens: Billmans 9, Furphy 10, Harding 11

8-)

jacklpine cool collection, nicely photographed.

WIll try some indoor stills, but for now, this is one I like because of the lighting, the colors, the shadows and contrast in textures.
Took the second one yesterday. Bye for now - gone for day.

PATo I like both of these breakfast looks good

lhammer43, it looks as if you were in my nightstand with all those controllers. I don't know about you, however I believe I have controllers that have no device to control. LOL

p3 If I had a remote to use to control my life, I am sure it would have a dead battery and I'd be without replacements - unless it would take a camera battery (so far, never have been without a charged one of them)
