I can record the advertisement from your apple store and run the commercial on the net as long as I make sure it does not! run more then 30 seconds and Apple would just have to bite my but.
News Casters and journalist do this regularly under this the Fair Use Act.
Understand it is not "Fair" if only newscasters can do it. :P

Maybe I'm misreading the article posted regarding the "Fair Use Act", but doesn't the site provided state that it was introduced twice. It does not say to my knowledge the act was passed. Did you read it differently?
