I agree, especially since the price is very low for all that is offered. Anyone interested should ask the op for photos showing the serial #'s. The photo posted looks like it's from a nikon catalogue.
Now that's the cop in my skeptical thinking! If the op truly has a health issue and needs a quick sale then someone should jump on this, but there are red flags.

I agree. The web is full of SUCKER BAIT if one is stupid enough not to be cautious. ( The scammers count on this ) This may very well be a real deal but $700 is a lot of money to take a chance. I would do the following minimum!
1: Ask for photos of the camera with all that is included in the sale.
2: Ask for a photo of the serial number
3: Ask the seller to call you and talk with them.
If any one of these 3 can not or will not be done, run away.
Just my opinion! :)
Always verify first, then proceed cautiously.

I don't think the camera is under lease. It's freehold as far as I know......
In the picture there are no lettering on the front of the lens Whats up with that?

Not frisky, just sticking up for a new member who is being put upon as though he is a criminal for offering to sell some good camera equipment, which his health no longer permits him to use, to members of the UHH at a very fair price.
Maybe he doesn't have another camera to take pictures of the camera. Just saying.
What you folks seem to have missed is the gentlemen's use of an Anateur Radio Service call as his nick name.
QRZ.com is the place to check it.
