I use a Nikon P510 bridge, 42X Zoom, BOOOKOOO Zoom.
Great quality images.
I have not used any other bridge cameras, thus I am not qualified to comment on those.

Consider what you are used to and have experience with.
Then sit down and list what you think you need now and for the foreseeable future.
Is size or weight an issue?
What is your eyesight like - is a large clear viewfinder an essential?
If a camera does not have a viewfinder and you have to use the rear screen - will you be able to view it properly in bright light?
Answer all these questions and you will be in a good position to choose the right camera.
Don't worry about what other have - or what they say you should have. You will be the one who uses it so the camera should suit YOU.

This is the kind of guy that makes me wish I were quite a few years younger so I could invite him to meet me in in person and get nasty. (Not that he would; I'd bet big he's the kind that cuts you off and then gives you the finger when you honk, all safe and snug in his well-locked car.) What I know for a fact is that is that if there were more like him, I'd not be part of the UHH family.

The Fuji HS35EXR is a pretty good super zoom, once you figure out how not! to use it, like Fuji tells you to.
