Oh, that's right, I forgot...the NAACP decides weather or not not incidents that happen in this Country is racial....like the Tawana Brawley rape allegations. The NAACP has done more to widen the racial gap in this Country than anyone can imagine.

Hey there Reverend dirtbag, why did you fail to answer my inquiry yesterday about the 23 year discrepancy in your military career. Guess you do not ever acknowledge when someone catches you in a lie huh. Do you remember a couple of months back when I accused you of abandoning your Jewish heritage by supporting an anti Israel Obama. You never answered. Now I am asking you if you left judaism to convert to Christianity? Is you baptist Rev. title a mail order deal for a tax dodge or what. Boy, you are the genuine article when it comes to flushable waste.

Those within the republican party who are passing laws dealing with voter qualifications are not doing it to keep non registered voters out. They are doing it because they know that the blacks, Hispanics, and others who would likely vote democratic have a more difficult time getting registered and to the voting place. Many of these people, especially in the cities, do not have transportation, many are elderly, many are working two, three jobs and have little free time. It is a win/win situation for those whose only goal is to supress the vote for the opposing party.

It's sad also, because they obviously think they can't win without doing this. However, it just might very well backfire on them because it will give the underclass something to fight for and it could set off backlash that they never anticipated.

It's always easy to see bad in others. It takes courage and heart to see the good. But the good is always there, however hidden it may be. If we consider ourselves part of the Mind of God, then it is our job to find the good. If we say we love God and hate our brothers, then we are liars and hypocrits. What are we? jmo

Are Blacks, Hispanics, and others who would likely vote Democrat handy capped? Is that why they will have a more difficult time getting registered and to the voting place? If all the Blacks and Hispanics get a voter ID, wouldn't they still vote on the Democratic ticket? Why would they have a hard time in getting a voter ID. Are Democrats that stupid,? Surely you do not imply that all Blacks and Hispanics are too stupid or too infirmed to get a voter ID!

Ron Paul believes the constitution!

Amendment X

I can't for the life of me help but wonder why anyone would want a portrait of R.E. Lee, a known traitor both to the oath he took as an officer and to the country he swore to defend hanging in a governmental meeting place. He might have been a darn good general but he was a traitor and dishonorable person by any measure.

You know what!!! You just reminded me - some of our governmental servants we now have in DC fit the above description to a T.

Probably going to have protests over this.

In 1969 I was a junior in HS 17 yrs old and got the opportunity to travel cross country from Ca. to N Carolina. These were the days of peace, love and burn the bra. When we approached NC we were met with a billboard that was at least 50x75. On it were three horsemen on white steeds these men were dressed in white robes with the pointy head gear! The message on the billboard read "WELCOME TO KU KLUX CLAN COUNTRY"! To this day I am stunned, and I was born in Virginia.

They certainly have. They and their exhalted leaders, Jackson, Sharpton, oh and shouldn't we maybe include Obama in there?

I wish I still had the link, but did you know that Blacks once belonged to the KKK? Their own groups of course. But remember the KKK was also against Catholics and foreigners. Ran into that when researching some symbols on the ceiling of an old KKK meeting room

They could care less about R.E.Lee's portrait. They just want it for the cheap publicity and to draw attention to themselves. They would Champion Buggs Bunnny if it had the same effect. As I previously said in this forum, The South will not rise again... It already did and it was called Reconstruction.

The KKK mentioned are only objecting to the removal of the portrait of Gen Lee, not advocating anything new, just objecting to the removal of the portrait. The local NAACP and other minority organizations want it removed.

So he's a Civil war hero--he is still a hero and a great American. Leave the picture hang and to hell with NAACP and the others. It's over for a long time and no one owes anyone anything because of the past.

What about black gangs like the Bloods and the Crypts? They peobably kill more people each year than white supremecist groups have their entire existence. What about influx of Mexican drug cartels?

Hey Tim, say something intelligent for change.
