Oh boy, oh boy, you want me to bring you one? You bet! I thought you'd never ask. Oops, must've lost my head again.

I've been urged by a few uhh friends to submit the winning image of the Still Life contest for broader viewing. Not wanting to bore you folks with it, I will post it because it gives me an opportunity to give my thanks and appreciation for the man who runs the contests. When they first started I gave them a week but the gentleman who runs the contests is obviously no ordinary man and the contests have become like the Energizer bunny - they just keep going. Thanks St3v3M, for all your effort. It adds an element of enjoyment to the forum for many members to have contests to participate in. Many thanks to the other participants and especially those who voted.
I'd also like to congratulate the other winners and the ones who didn't win this time around. There were some mighty gorgeous images in the lineup and I am absolutely surprised that my image came out the winner but I never look a gift horse in the mouth.

Wow! Stunning photo. Beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
It was a stand out photo, you got my vote!
Gessman, you deserved the win. The whole process from inception of the idea and layout of the image components all the way through your image are exceptionally well done!
Congratulations! Well deserved!
Very creative. You should be very proud of this photo, I know I'm proud for you. I have a good friend who owns a jewelery store. Imagine that photo in a beautiful frame just inside the front entrance. That would for sure put people in the mood to buy something special for their loved one.
I also knew when looking at the photos that this would most probably be the winner, however, when voting I came upon another one before yours that was also breathtaking and totally forgot about what I was looking for! That one received many votes also. Anyways, congrats.
You deserve the winners place. It's a beautiful photo and the composition is very very nice.
A fantastic shot and set up well done!!!!!!!!!
Perfection, nothing but perfection. No question about being a winner. Great job
Congratulations Gessman! This is a masterpiece of composition and lighting - both impressive and inspiring.
