Santa gave me a Nikkor AF-S DX VR Zoom 55-200, and a B+W neutral density 3.0 1000x filter. I'm with you, Belle44-why do we have to work for a living? I can't wait for the weekend to play with my new toys.

As for my employer-we got a new contract with no raise for 3 years, 9 furlough days and significantly increased health care costs.

Santa was much better to me than my employer.

Hello Dria... Indeed the family was good to me providing with more photography equipment. From the wife I recieved a yongnuo YN560 speedlite, 3 trudigital lens filters, a Zeikos hard hood lens, and a lens cleaning kit, from the oldest daughter a Humvee brand photographers vest, from the youngest daughter a copy of Photo Shop Ellements 10 and from number one son $50 in cash to spend as I see fit. The wife also gave me three of Scott Kelby's book series on Digital Photography.
Yes it was a very good Christmas. I'm not sure about the brand names of some of the things I recieved, but all were given from the heart and I'm not complaining about any of them.

I didn't get any photography gifts for myself, but I did give photo albums to my children, complete with the years' best family photos. They LOVED them!
