Great shots. If you ever get to Rapid City, South Dakota take a day and go to Reptile Gardens. Besides reptiles they have a wonderful bird show and the gal who worked with the eagle stayed after the show so we could get as many eagle close ups as we wanted.

I used to live in RC and my kids loved Reptile Gardens. They loved Bear Country too! Wish I had stayed there I would be drawing a retirement check from the County now!

It isn't often that you get to do a character study of an eagle, even in captivity. You've caught so many expressions of this fellow's personality. Much more than the usual mug shot of one straight on and one profile.
