Yup, love the SX50 but still struggling in some situations. And probably relying on 'A' too much.

These are incredible. We have a red-tailed hawk and its mate that have made their home on our 9 acres and I hope to get some respectable photos! But, I know I'll never get anything this amazing. Glad you shared!

You can watch and make note of likely places the hawks will sit. Being in position before the hawk lands seems to provide the best shots. I was just lucky.

I hope you have hawk babies for years to come. Ours have been great neighbors, even if the young ones are very noisy
