I'll echo Roger here. I have both the Slingshot AW100 and AW 200 depending on what I am taking along. They allow easy flip around access and are comfortable and tough (theyre 4 years old and look like new). They also have a built in rainhood in case of wet weather which you can kneel on in a pinch to save wet pants. and they have plenty of attachment points for tripod, monopod, etc. Well worth the $.

You will never get 2 bodies and 4 lenses in an AW200 or any other "sling" bag. They are built primarily for one body and a couple lenses and usually a flash with precious little extra room for anything else. I have a Crumpler sling bag that is great for just such a setup, but it gets left behind anytime I need a second body.

I will need to cary 2 bodys, 4 lens, flash, may be tripod...
optech dual harness to carry 2 bodies with lenses attached, and a good photographers vest will hold 2 lenses and flash
everything will be secured to your body except the tripod
I do that when out shooting all day events. such as car shows or ren faires..

I will be glad to all ideas from marks of backpacks, to...everything.
What you use depends on whether you want to advertise "Hey look at all the camera gear I'm carrying with me" or get an old kinda grungy back pack that no one will pay any attention to. Might even check the goodwill for one. I try and not advertise what I might be carrying, and the only time anyone would know is when take the camera out. A lot depends on where you are shooting, and who's floating around that area. Just something to think about.
You might want to check a thread I ran a while back on various camera protection.

Banana Republic makes a great vest and the Domke bag is great. Of course, II never put my cameras in a bag. Can't take pictures that way.

I have an AW 200. I bought it for a cross country trip this spring. I never had my camera in the bag, except when I was sleeping, I used it more as a glorified lunch bag. LOL.
there is a seller on ebay that has great vests for around 40 dollars, I've bought several from him, one black, and 2 khaki I have 2 khaki so when it's really hot out, and I'm doing an all weekend event, I have a fresh vest to switch to if it's humid and I sweat too much..
ProCameraGear is the sellers name
he also has the optech dual harness that I use, and the optech double sling strap and the Double Rapid Shooting Camera Sling
I'll throw my 2cents in about the cotton carrier: I love it. Keeps me from strangling myself with the 2 camera straps I used to wear and relieves the back strain also. I use a fanny pack for the 3rd lens and incidentals.

I plan to replace my Nikon shoulder strap for less conspicuity. They might as well have put LEDs on it. The Leica and UPStrap are two good ones.
I have the aw 202,i am looking at a bigger bag now,my 7d with 70-200 and two other lens is a little snug,i like the sling
strap, very easy to walk around with it,thinking about one big bag to hold all my junk and keep the sling for shoots,
good luck
I bought and tried an inexpensive messenger type a while back, just wasn't comfortable, because I carry different items on different days and because I do not wish to carry a bag that screams CAMERA I use a ordinary day pack, top opening so that there are no extra zippers to leave open or have open on their own, each piece of equipment has it's own padded case, camera, lens, flash etc. works best for me and happens to be less expensive than a 'photo' bag of any style. Bob.
Go to the Lowepro web site ..... they sell a large backpack .... it will also alow you to secure a tripod to the backpack .... I use it and it holds a lot of equipment ....
I dislike the low pro sling its hard to unzip and I dislike how the flap goes over to the side of the bag instead of coming down. I think the whole bag is hard to use.
I was not referring to their "sling" packs .... they sell camera backpacks in several sizes ... the largest (which I use)will hold two bodies, several lens and a tripod .... the bag has a waterproof cover and wide padded straps
