Know all those roads ,Lived in Chalfont for a couple of years and finally moved out of PA. after living in (born) N. Philly., we moved to Glenside (Weldon), Roslyn, Willow Grove, then Chalfont. Then out of state and ended up here in Henderson Nevada, after a couple of other moves , now at 70. What can be next? No I am not a gypsy, Just like the new surroundings. Wish I was into photography earlier in life. Missed many opportunities.

Welcome to the Club!!!!! I was 25 years in the RAF and moved around somewhat, missed lots of photo-ops!

I can only guess how much moving around you did. RAF must have been a good career.

Thanks, enjoyed my time. Most overseas time was in Middle East, I should have been a camera buff then!!!!! As you will have guessed, my interest in photography came much later, (after I left the Service!).

I worked at the Hoover Dam bypass bridge (08 & 09) and bought a little Kodak point and shoot and took about 400 pictures. After that I retired and bought a Canon T2i that I am still using.

The plant was built before the schools, nursing home and houses were. The town was named for Thomas West, a railroad man. The majority of the people are of Czech descent and they have the best Kolaces in Central Texas. Westfest is celebrated on Labor Day weekend and the highlight is the Czech dancers and Pivo! West will need all the help from good American neighbors that can be afforded. The people here are a very proud and industrious people and the world can rest assured that each donation will be put to good use. PointWest Bank is accepting donation to the Survivors of the West Explosion. I am proud to call them my neighbors.

West is a great little town and Westfest is one of the best festivals in the state. Love Brave Combo. When ever we go to Dallas on 35W we stop in west and enjoy a good meal of sausages potatoes and beer.
