Thank you for looking, and for your comments.

Very interesting take on #4 re poster quality/big time newspaper ad. . .

Often I will turn some of my work into posters.

Great photos of ol number 3, I lived in Jamestown for 27 years, now live in Maui both great photo op places, don't know if I have a favorite all the work looks great, nice to see some one from back home on the forum I hope to post a few pics soon as I put an intro to myself up, this looks like a great site to get real feedback, on photos., equipment, and shooting advise, hope to see more of your work.

Saturday was the opening day for train rides at Railtown. They don't always fire up the old steam engine; however, on Saturday they did. Most of you have seen this steam engine and train, as it has been featured in many movies and TV shows; to wit: High Noon; Petticoat Junction; Back to the Future II; and, many others.

Was there at 7:30 am, getting some fun shots of the entire process. Tomorrow they are opening up all the shops, roundhouse, etc. for a special tour for our photo club; however, no trains will be running tomorrow.

On Saturday I got about 250 great images, that I am still playing with. Here is one of those images, done in three different PP treatments. All the same image, just different PP.

Vote for your favorite, if you would please. The one with the most votes, I will print large, and frame it out to 20x24, for the gallery.

I like the black and white the best (probably because I know that train well) but number 3 is a very interesting take, I like them all including the original and sepia, great work
