Because of the deco hotels, this looks like South Beach,
not Miami. Miami is on the mainland across the causeway.
Is this HDR or regular photographs?

You're right...it's South Beach. Regular photos with some editing to contrast the lights and the colors in the sky. Not sure how to use HDR just yet.
