The young girl image is great. Soft and beautuful lighting.
The young boy seems to be a bit upset at what he is watching. An intense image.
A shade to dark I think.

because of my PP it will probably be easier to go back to the original and restart from scratch.... I can see that the transition across the forehead bands pinkish (my PP) has caused this.

The lads picture with the warmer tone definitely is a must so will get to work on that.... Even took the spot out...

But I do get where you are going with both of these so will start again Thanks for the help and direction.

Thanks for the pointers Wendy.. Yes I will get the tones right at base rather than edit later .. will post when I finish / get a chance absolutely hectic weekend and more to come tomorrow..... Dying for a day off doing nothing...it will happen one day.... then again camera and animals for me tomorrow

I went back to the start and set a goal of keeping the skin texture but reduce the purple tint... this is the result

That looks great!!! Try reducing the saturation a bit to lessen some of the red. Maybe reduce only on the red in hue and saturation.

Have done and the results are impressive....A Big Thank You..... Went the dark side with the boy.... I like this for him but maybe not to everyone's taste

I think that is very appropriate for his image. No one would ever know he is watching cartoons!!!! Very moody look and colors. Well done!

The are beautiful children, by the way. She is a real beauty!
