Wow that was quick..... Thanks Dirtpusher
Nice photos, beautiful children. There is a bit of purple tint in both of them. You can see it in her hair.
They look soooooo serious for watching cartoons!! ;)

Sigma 70 - 200mm EX HSM OS... F2.8
shot taken at
ISO 140 (thought I'd put it to 100 DoH..)
F2.8
185mm
1/250 sec
Used ambient light in the room via a small window directly in front of her.
Its a new technique I'm working on let them watch cartoons and take loads of Portraits while they are engrossed...
Was looking for critique on the nose breaking the cheek line or the processing is this overdone...
nice shot's..the boy looks mesmerized :)

I worked on both photos and it was not easy to get rid of that tint. Not sure I did an adequate job. I used color balance in CS5 and adjusted the various sliders for highlights and midtones. I also used Levels and Hue/saturation to saturate the skin tone in the boy. I used Levels to brighten the girl and to give it more contrast.
If you would like to see them, I will post the photos.
