I also think that there has been a concerted effort since the '60s to dumb down the population to the point where we have no ability to think through an argument/idea, and so just rely on emotion and ingrained prejudices to decide what we believe in. It has worked better than they ever imagined. So now, we are at the point where we have accepted for truth so many lies that very few have a clue as what really is truth. We are paying for it big time and will be for the foreseeable future.

ahhh another post from a dimocrat telling Republicans what they need to do to win elections. You guys are just wonderful people with nothing but good in your hearts to be so benevolent. I will admit you have a winning strategy, demonize those who have been successful, vote your right to take what you need from them, create laws that prevent them from leaving the country or moving their own money away. Those bad people didn't make that themselves, they don't really own their own money after all. Oh and say we are anti- minority but when an intelligent highly successful black conservative man like Dr. Ben Carson makes a point, you say he "isn't the right color black" and attack him personally. This guy has more class, and brains in his pinky then Obummer has in his oval office during a staff meeting. He never went to school under an alias, you can get to his records, and this just ticks every one of you off, so you demonize him too.

Now if all this goes too far, and things get real bad, then you'll see the government steal 40% of bank deposits like they just did in Greece. Only they did a smart thing, they only stole from people who had a decent amount of money. In the guise of "well they have more then they need" but in reality, it was a correction from the original across the board theft, as they recognized it was going to raise the ire of the masses. They took a page from Obummers book, they pick on a minority. Now the Greeks are passing rules to prevent a run on the banks, to prevent people from getting their own money out.

Does any of this ring a bell???

In this country we have a second amendment that really makes this sort of thing problematic, so they have to walk a tight rope very carefully.. and whittle away at that second amendment while they are at it. They need to have everything in place for when the time comes that they need to make their move.

Anyways your strategy will indeed continue to work until you run out of the truly successful's money. As those dependent on government welfare who vote you in don't create wealth and prosperity, they suck off its teat, you'll vote in more laws to expand your theft to an ever increasing level of "wealth".

The country is in financial distress, millions are out of work, but this crook spent millions of taxpayers dollars to send his daughter and a bunch of her friends to Oaxaca, Mexico, then had all the domestic news organizations delete it from their pages. They said to "protect her while abroad". Only all Mexico knew about it, being the safest people I can think of... no be-headings there much, no corruption or drug cartels or danger there. He is a crook, and all of you looking the other way are too.

Wake up Dimocrats, you are backing a very bad man.

Sorry, first you've got to have a home to do that. You people need to get away from getting stuck on either of the most idiotic partys and take a gender to the real problems that both caused in this country. It takes two to tango you know. Spending all that energy on criticizing or defending bunch of a** holes who can't find their butts with both hands.
The family unit in this country has gone to hell. Kids grow up in broken homes where there may or not may be a single parent who really cares. So, as the next best thing, the kids turn to peers and you well know where that leads. The most important education a child receives is during the pre-school days and usually there is no one there to give it. Some of us make the mistake of judging things by looking at our own environment, not their's. And none of this crap happened overnight. Both parties had their turns while the country was going to hell in a handbasket. My suggestion would be to quit sniweling and get any politician who is not deserving out and put someone who puts the country and it's real problems ahead of his party. Otherwise we'd lose the right to complain.

Seems like many people rely on polls to make their opinions. Do you realize that any poll maker can come out with a poll the goes their way. How many people did they poll, how many areas was the poll taken in, etc. who really knows for sure. The only poles I care about are the ones in Poland.

What are you trying to make of information about Malia's trip to Mexico with her school mates being removed ? The president long ago, during campaigns, stated that his family was off limits. Unfortunately the press didn't dig deeply enough about W,'s two daughters, who pulled all sorts of capers.
