If you have never been, you will be more in awe by the landscape than you will the actual golf itself. It is one of the most magnificent places you'll ever see. Be sure to get an egg salad sandwich. They are wonderful

It is my first time. It's a once in a lifetime experience and I'm trying to maximize the trip. Get there Wednesday and walk the course taking photos I want. See some of the Par 3 Contest as time permits. Watch Jack and Arnie tee of Thursday and then follow a group around the whole course to see everything. Once that's done, pick some spots and drink beer and smoke cigars for the balance of Thursday and all day Friday. Visit the Pro Shop at some point. Lunch in the members dining area. Scream "You Da Man" somewhere along the way. I want it all.
Just gotta pray for weather. As I said earlier, I've worked golf tournaments for years, walking down the fairway and standing on the tee with the pros. This trip is all about Augusta National.
No cameras allowed in actual competition. Guess there still laws against shooting "Tigers"

Used to live in SC not too far up the road from Augusta so have been to the Masters several times. Be prepared for lots of green. Cups, trashcans, jackets, umbrellas, seats, on and on. Luckily the gorgeous azaleas, dogwood and the brightly dressed golfers stand out. Have fun.
