Congrats and tell the little lady it was that or beer and the camera will last a lot longer than a hangover. PS I wouldn't mention the cute girl though...
Hubby wouldn't have a clue if I bought a new camera! He has no idea what mine looks like. He couldn't pick it out in a crowd of three! You will be lucky if she never notices, but just in case, maybe you'd better have the house clean, laundry done, yard looking perfect and some wonderful meal cooked and waiting when she arrives. Don't forget the candles and flowers.
Oh, and get a bottle of Polo and splash a little on you! Oh yeah! No worries then!

Sarge, I think your getting set-up by a woman !!
We will be looking for some excellent photos from you.......!
Congrats! Have fun with it!
I am new around here, but it looks like you picked up a nice one. Hope your wife has forgiven you this.

Beautiful. Don't tell your wife the price, just tell her how much you saved. :-)
Sssh, and here I was fretting over needing a bigger camera bag!
I ran out of room.
Nice buy Sarge...my sales pitch was that the new camera would take super great photos of our grandkids. It's been 3 years now, many great photos later, my purchases have to go through the red tape at home FIRST....Lol! Aaand I don't get to pay the bills anymore either...Ha! :-)
nice shots with the new camera.....good for you - you only live once!!
At least you have time to reherse you "explanation" of how the bag got into the trunk of the car. Time to get the creative juices flowing. Once you show her pics she will understand!
I would have thought the girl threatened him with a spider if he didn't buy it...LOL

I don't know what happened. I was driving to the VA Clinic out in Cape Coral and saw a 'Best Buy' on the side of Cleveland Avenue so I stopped in.
Talking to a young girl about my P510 and HX200V and she said they were great but I really should be thinking about a new D3200 or D5200 that would show off my work.
I can't remember much more except when I got back from the VA Clinic, the best buy bag was in my trunk.

PS: Battery still charging
Yeah, you can try the story on us first but we don't believe it either. Please send hospital details so we can send soft foods and things you can manage thru a wired jaw once the enemy gets home.

She was cute. But, I was looking at the price for the bundle with $150.00 off the 55-300mm and said
"Wow, maybe the wife will like the savings "
But also liked the reviews and youtube videos I saw on the D3200 also.

Hey Sarge,
First off, congrats. Now the bad news....that old "look how much money I saved"...that only works for women.
At least you'll go out in a blase of glory.
Hope that battery charges so you get to fire off a couple of shots before your wife grabs the gun and does the same.
Enjoy.
You are soooooooooo dead. If possible let us know how she took it.
