I don't like this teasing weather either, one day it's got everyone going to the beach and the next we're back in our scarves and gloves.

Not just different each day. This morning was warm and sunny. This afternoon is cold and wet.

Well done with all that exercise, hope it helped you sleep well. Glad there's no more surgery on the schedule, fingers crossed for the healing and not just living with it. xx

Once again words of wisdom Barny!

Some of the caravans are beyond repair. I would hate to have to actually live in a caravan, rather than just holiday in one.

I'm like Merlin. I like the pigs and the cows.

There is no way that Eric could NOT be interested in machinery. Alan, Merlin and grandson Harley are all avid mechanics; Eric's next in line almost. Actually, Alan, Merlin and Eric are all over at the workshop now.

You eye sight improved, but you almost walked into a elk? Glad you think there is good improvement.

I was watching the road instead of looking up.. studying plants along the way! I rarely walk the neighbourhood, it was a treat.

He was in a shadow, these new implants don't do darker areas like normal vision unfortunately. Worse at night. Would never have gotten them if I had been properly advised of it. Previously I got in a habit of looking at my feet when I was walking, as glancing at everything else caused floaters that couldn't be blinked away, that problem is gone now. oxo

That's true, I got my daily coat on yesterday for walking in the a.m. and had to switch to rain gear 15 minutes later.

Those days are to be enjoyed and treasured. Hoping you both get to share them soon.

We have to have our enjoyment hour by hour just like the weather. All was good this a.m. He went to take a nap. After getting up he told me he had to lay down as he got so dizzy. Would be nice if he told me when it is happening so I could check his vitals. He tries to hide things from me like when his heart rate was 42 last week. Wants to prevent me from worrying. Good thing the machine keeps a record.

I'm hoping for no more snow. Last night got down to freezing so that's not done yet, but the days are warmer.

Daffodils are blooming but it is still CHilly. 30s and 40s but wind makes it feel colder. Yesterday we had a 71 and it felt spring like but today thunder boomed and rain fell with cold dampness so I wore a coat but took a shawl to wear with friends at lunch. Had to have a gent help me up the step which was a bit overly high. My lady friends helped me down when we left and put my take home bag in the car for me. I had problem closing the small umbrella. Son pushed it closed when I got home but I had only held it shut with the Velcro tie. Lunch was very good I had a burger with peppers onions mushroom and cheddar got Rubin for take home dinner tonight. Another for my son. Our group use to be 12 retired teachers from our building but one died one is in nursing home one moved one has family obligations so we have 8 and only 6 Could make it this time. We meet about every 6 weeks or 2 months. Catch up on one lives and remember our working days. One recalled was a time when teachers who married had to resign and later if a teacher got pregnant she had to resign. Before my time. My foot slipped on the doorstep and I braced myself with my right harm which hurts a bit now. Cat is ready for his food and litter change so I Will oblige.
Hope to catch up later if I don’t fall asleep.

Good morning all from a sunny Norfolk at present but will probably cloud over later, that seems the pattern at the moment. The temperature is at 15C so quite pleasant but still quite a strong breeze. Having a 'me' dinner today, I'm doing spaghetti in cheese sauce for me, DH will have a pie and veg. Nothing else planned so will get on with my knitting. Getting the urge to do something different so looking for a chunky yarn pattern to knit a jacket for myself. My fleece and leather jacket are a bit heavy for the summer but need something to put on when the summer comes but the heat doesn't. Have a good day if you can, jinx hope you get out for your meal today. xx

Good morning from Port Hope Ontario Canada. It is 6:07 am EST and 10'C (50'F). It's pouring out and has been for most of the night.
I have to go into Whitby today. (I don't want to gooooooo) You know my thoughts on this!!!
My trail camera did not accept my reset so I got 2 hours of mum and DD walking through the back yard and nothing overnight. Hopefully it accepted the settings this time and I will actually have NIGHT TIME pictures.
The government has changed the rules for housing following threats from the federal government to withdraw funding from this province. Universities and colleges will be allowed to build whatever size residences for students that they want. Condo buildings no longer have to provide parking spaces for their tenants. Premier Doug Ford STILL will not allow 4 plex apartment blocks to be built. These 4 plexes are only 2 stories high and fit into most subdivisions as they are no higher than the surrounding buildings. This government still says there is "too much red tape" for developers. BS! Developers, especially big developers, can do whatever they want and the province through their OMB board, backs whatever they do. And still there is very little small affordable housing being built. Only specialty projects on land that the developers don't want.
I finished the first sock for DD. She tried it on and it fits lovely (She has weird shaped feet.)

I like spaghetti in cheese and tomato sauce. I'm the only one. Lucky for me, it's easy to make up a personal size batch.
Enjoy your spaghetti in cheese.
I've looked at bulky sweater patterns but I require a lot of yarn to make one my size and I don't have a lot of bulky yarn (I think I have 3 skeins. Enough for hats.) So I would need to buy all that yarn and I'm being cheap at the moment.
I hope you find the pattern that you need.

That's nice that your group from work still gets together. My co-workers have just disappeared after leaving work. I guess they don't want to be reminded of anything from this job.
I hope your arm is better today.

I hope your DH is better by now. It would be better if he continues to get better and better and these episodes become fewer.
