And you are being honest. Bull. You give Biden a pass and criticize Trump relentlessly ignoring that his policy positions are better than Bidens. Since both candidates are bad we should be voting based on policy and it is clear that Trump is better on policy. If what you want is honesty than how about you admit that Biden is corrupt, has no character has dimensia and his policies are terrible.

Yup, exactly who is better for the economy? A nice man with bad policy or a not so good man with good policies? A nice man doesn’t necessarily help me put food on the table when his policies are bad, but man with good policy does help.

Yes it does but it also changes based on who is setting policy and Biden policy has allowed more than 150000 iilegals a month into the country. The point is the proposed bill does not fix the problem.

I love the way that you have changed the vocabulary from ilegal to asylum seeker. They arent asylum seekers. They are ilegals that are using a huge loophole to find a way to stay in the country after they enter ilegally. The first thing any immigration bill needs to do is fix the asylum rules. Until that is done there should be no bill.

By the way using an article from early 2020 is rather avsurd since ilegal immigratiin has exploded since then and the article you linked to acknowledges that Trump made it much harder for ilegals from some countries to enter the country. Biden reversed all of Trumps executive orders and look how well that has worked.

I agree with your sentiments as the additional manpower would be used as the current manpower to process more immigrants and very little was directed at actual security but just as the Senate should have considered and amended HR 2 the house should have at least made some effort to consider and amend this bill. Otherwise nothing gets fixed and you hand the Democrats a win by allowing them to tout their effort (proverbial lipstick on a pig) to pretend to fix the three years of accomplishing exactly what they wanted running up to an election. Again both left and right are more concerned about election optics than results for the peeps.

Perhaps I should be asking this of only the Independents?
The Never-Trumpers, Never Bidens... you are already locked in.
Does anyone here claim to be Independent?

My litmus test is simple. My vote, from now until my death, will be cast for the candidate who guarantees that they will work to keep biological men out of spaces and sports provided for women.

How many Presidents owned a premier hotel in the center of the Capitol or the nation’s financial center? So are you suggesting people should not be permitted to rent rooms where they choose. There is a lot of lameness you can direct at Trump but this whole profiting at a hotel thing is grasping at straws.

He did not own the hotel in the capitol.

Who is the "nice man" you reference?

Who is the nice man? RFK might be nice but Biden isnt. Have you not seen the reports of him screaming at his staff or of the rape allegations from Tara Reed or him showering with his daughter etc... Boden is far from a nice man.

Getting wanky with semantics aren’t you? Did he have a much publicized and criticized financial interest (lease) in the hotel where the left unsuccessfully asserted a violation emoluments clause.

Presumably the "etc." includes his groping and fondling of little girls and women.

Bizzare You Are. slo joe bidet was cognitively impaired when elected. That impairment has multiplied manifold during the past 4 years. The handlers of this idi ot mor on would never agree for it to take the MOCA test for cognitive impairment. Trump would pass with flying colors.

Lol More of the same lying BS you are spewing out. You lying Lefty cultists are just trying to deflect from your LIES that Trump used his presidency to enriched himself when the exact opposite occurred. You far Lefty cultists don't even have the ability to tell the truth due to your unhinged and vile hatred for Trump. You far Lefty cultist have mental issues.

Business 101 dictates that if you don't have sufficient cash flow to pay your day to day operating expenses, that you don't have a viable business plan.

IF not for having won the 2016 election, several of the trump businesses would have gone under before 2020 without a substantial influx of cash.

The self proclaimed "King of Debt" would likely have had to file for bankruptcy on several of his businesses, especially during the Pandemic when people weren't traveling.

There's a difference between enriching one's self, and ending up with less money after spending four years occupying the Oval Office.

We all know that taxpayers ended up paying over $100 Million for trump golf trips through May of 2019, with 20 months still left in the trump presidency.

https://www.google.com/search?q=trump+golg+trips+cost&oq=trump+golg+trips+cost&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyBggAEEUYOdIBCTEyODM4ajBqN6gCFLACAQ&client=tablet-android-samsung-nf-rev1&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8#ip=1

Yet with that influx of taxpayer money, the trump businesses still lost money.

You can spew hatred all you want, but the fact remains that trump DID enrich his businesses, and thereby himself with the presidency.

"Renting rooms" at inflated prices is a questionable decision, when rooms were likely available at lower rates in a different establishment which wasn't associated with trump.

https://www.google.com/search?q=trump+inflated+hotel+prices&oq=trump+inflated+hotel+prices&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyBggAEEUYOdIBCTE2NjQ1ajBqN6gCFLACAQ&client=tablet-android-samsung-nf-rev1&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8

I'd say that the choice to rent rooms at trump owned, named, or run by trump businesses was more to get into trump's pocket to curry favors from the trump presidency.
