You presented an "if, then" statement which didn't take into account the actual financial picture of the deplorable state of trump's businesses and his personal finances.

I merely pointed out the flaws contained in your statement.

With the current state of commercial real estate nationwide, writing a loan or surety bond to bail out trump isn't a wise decision, no matter how anyone looks at it.

Golly Gee Whillikers it would seem the real estate situation was doing pretty well under President Trump.
So was the economy, interest rates lower, homes could be purchased by many Americans but that all changed for the negative once Biden took office didn't it? Employment for all was much better too. Gosh I can't help but wonder if that is one of the major reasons blacks and Hispanics and even young people are starting to switch their vote TO Trump.

I don't have that answer. But the POINT is POS Biden did away with that Trump policy that worked well and instead went to no policy which allowed millions of illegal aliens to cross into America with no permission nor any knowledge of who was coming into the country.

You tell me/us what was wrong with the Trump policy. Shouldn't a country know who is coming into the country? Should we simply allow anybody claiming asylum to come on in without verifying if their claim is true or not? That is not how the law works and you know it.
