At Mt. Pleasant, Utah and their historic buildings. We love to drive through these old towns and capture their beauty. Architecture today seems so sterile by comparison. This will probably be a multi part series to showcase Mt. Pleasant before moving on to other locations.

Nice set.

Nice set, Jim. Some towns treasure their historic sections. I think my town still has maybe half a dozen storefronts that are still historic in appearance. All the others have been altered in some way over the years to suit an owners ideas for the appearance of their business. Too bad our city managers and elected officials didn’t have the foresight to put in place historical preservation ordinances that would have saved the old town ambiance.

Nice shots. Old down town shops were the best.

A beautifully photographed set Jim! Each of these buildings deserves the individual attention you have given them. We have talked in the past about the value of recording this aspect of western history and I appreciate your efforts very much. Well done.
