You are deflecting like the typical Lefty that you are. I was specifically talking about your claim that no bank's institutions wants to touch trump. For the last seven or eight years the far left on here have been claiming that no banks wants to lend Trump money.[/quotes

The name a bank other than deutch bank that has loaned him a penny in the past decade or that will do business with trump today.

My argument is not that any would lend him money NOW.

I was merely responding to his comment (as stated many times by spokespersons from our current administration) that we are doing much better than the rest of the world. We are certainly doing better than most but according to what I have read there are several European countries below 1% on Q4, 2023 (i.e. Italy and Finland).

Thank you for your clarification.

So. You don’t know if any !! I may be off on the years. But trump went D-B because no American banks would touch him.
It’s interesting that Zd/B saw thru his inflated values but it was greased by an employee..

Why will they not touch him now? Do you know the reason? What type of loans are they not willing to lend him?

They're no longer willing to loan trump money or write surety bonds because of the "Falisying Business Records" case which trump recently lost!

Would you loan money with real estate as collateral owned by someone who was convicted of bank fraud.

In answer to your question “.. What type of loans are they not willing to lend him?”

All types.

I would if handled by a reputable title company, the equity position was within the loan to value ratios that I found acceptable and the interest on the loan was favorable.

Since when are banks and Institutions not willing to lend Trump any money?

You aren't paying attention again Rac. This was answered before by me in this stream:

A few weeks ago here I advised that Trump would have extreme difficulty in getting a bond anymore in that amount. The capacity either doesn't exist or the domestic admitted (licensed) market would be unwilling to risk their capital given some of Trumps issues in the past (Trump Taj, etc,). This is an article on how he stiffed investors:

Investors/banks have long memories.

His major lender is foreign, Deutsche Bank.

You're full of S! This absolutely is a political prosecution and I hope that Trump wins and I hope he is able to dish out the same type of hell on democrats that they have dished out to him. Hell, I would finally for the first time in my life see right-wing riots in the streets. I am not alone.

No matter what you think about Trump you should be alarmed by the political abuse of the legal system. Democrats are doing exactly what they accuse Trump of, destroying our democracy.

You've gone from your early days here, as a thoughtful conservative, to a little red hat wearing, fall-in-line, born again Trump fanboy. Now, you're a wild retribution, grievance and pitchfork monkey. Don't be like McConnell and turn over what's left of your scrotum to The Insane Orange nothing-burger.

How does what you just stated address Denny's stated reasoning as to why a couple of countries worldwide might be doing better than the US in terms of our pandemic recovery?
