I would if handled by a reputable title company, the equity position was within the loan to value ratios that I found acceptable and the interest on the loan was favorable.

The capacity either doesn't exist or the domestic admitted (licensed) market would be unwilling to risk their capital given some of Trumps issues in the past (Trump Taj, etc,).
