I can't think of a time when DH & I have ever had an argument; I think when we do get cross with each other, we tend to just leave each other to our own company, until we feel a bit more kindly to each other. xoxoxo
That's what we do. Alan just walks away.

Perhaps Daylight Savings should be cancelled, if the research is correct; & those who want to begin their days an hour earlier, can just set their alarms an hour earlier! As a shift worker, I really did not like daylight savings, I suppose it was great for the day workers ( or those who only worked a particular timeframe, and not a range of shifts within a week; it really isn't good for shiftworkers! 🤐🤔😖xoxoxo
Perversely, I prefer summer time to GMT,

Good morning all from a sunny Norfolk. Well my day of peace went completely up the creek yesterday. Was feeling progressively rougher throughout the day so by teatime rang 111 (our out of hours advise service), after millions of questions was then rung back by a clinician who asked all the same questions and was told I should go to A&E and they were arranging an ambulance. Three hours later it turned up so at 10 last night was in A&E. Lots more questions, bloods taken and a CT scan later couldn't find anything definitive so was sent home and I will be referred to GP. Had to get a taxi home, £40 but the driver was great and we had a nice chat on the way home. So 4 a.m. this morning I crawled into my bed, knackered. Anyway I live another day although today could be quite a sleepy day, DH will probably be home about dinner time although not heard from him yet this morning. Hope you all have a good day, I think mine will pass in a haze. xx
Good morning all from a sunny Norfolk. Well my day... (

You should sleep, and actually leave hubby to get his own dinner. Chip shop?
Yesterday was great. Ceawlin collected us and took us to Southampton, where we finally got to meet Becky's parents. They are exactly what I expected, being her parents. She is such a lovely girl. Her father and Alan did not stop talking all the way through the meal. Engines, clocks, cars and airplanes.
The meal was amazing. A huge buffet called Cosmos, well named as they had buffets all around the restaurant from almost everywhere in the world. Indian, Korean, Sushi, Chinese, pasta, pizza, English roast (although the potatoes were out of a tin), I got no further in that direction as I was getting full and I spotted the sweets buffet. I made a right pig of myself, so I'm not eating much today.
My socially clumsy Hubby nearly ruined everything by insisting on paying. Fortunately he couldn't, as the bill was more than £100 so he needed to know his code. He doesn't. He got a right b.......g from me afterwards about courtesy. Ceawlin was furious with him. He had behaved so well through dinner but then spoiled it.

That is nice of you. I could easily buy one. Just not what I want to do at this time.
Doctor always tells me I did a great job in therapy. I reply that he did a great job in surgery so that I was able to do a good job with therapy.
I hope it continues to improve. My doc called me and my arm a medical enigma wrapped in a riddle.. doesn't install a ton of confidence. After all the surgeries and therapies and the hulla bullua , I've come out with my dominant arm very weak can't do all the things I use to do and want to do.... But like you said, you still have your arm and some functionality. Same here.
The adjustment takes awhile but it happens. Love ya.
Jacky sorry you had to visit the hospital, hope you feel better soon, well today I had to take Dd to the eye doctor and it was so cold it was snowing yep sure was!
Good morning all from a cloudy Norfolk. Caught up on a bit of sleep last night but woke up this morning with a pounding headache, almost wish they had kept me in hospital to get to the bottom of everything. Won't be doing much today, you all have a good one if you can. xx
