I’ve been out for lunch 🥙 today and I’m as full as a gun……I had a sesame bun with 🍗 BBQ 🍗 pulled pork. , a can off Italian 🇮🇹 orange 🍊 soda 🥤 to 🍷. For the princely sum of only $4.30. I couldn’t make it for that. I was touch and go as to weather I went or not, someone said they were taking the grand children 👧,that put me off. Nothing against children 🧒 but so much nicer without these particular ones. I texted Josephine and said I wasn’t fussy to go, she says if it’s fine then you go……so I did what I was told and glad I went now. Lynn came with her husband. Roy’s doing very well considering he fell down the stairs and broke his neck in two 2️⃣ places.
It’s another beautiful 😻 spring day. A little breezy but nothing to maon over. We are due frost on Saturday and brilliant sunshine and temperatures high on Sunday. Stephen comes home from Poland 🇵🇱 tomorrow, then a couple of weeks and off to Japan 🇯🇵
Lisa,I’m thinking of you…….stay safe, luv yawl, be nice to each other or count to ten before you say it…….in my case it was sometimes 20….im sure it might have been 30, somedays. Enjoy spring 😙 😘 xxxx

Good morning all from a cloudy and breezy Norfolk. Nothing happening again, DH is off shopping in a while and have raided the freezer for a duck curry so no dinner to prep today, yippee. Have a good day the weekend is nearly here, looking forward to mine. xx
So am I. We are being picked up by our youngest son, Ceawlin, and taken to Southampton to have dinner with his partner-in-crime Becky's Mum and Dad. We've never met so I am really looking forward to it.

I was shocked and surprised when I woke up to sunshine this a.m. That happened to me once last week also. I usually get up at 3 a.m. A different med seems to be working to sometimes allow me to awake at a normal hour. It is amazing to me. However, it screws up my day. I am use to having a few hours to kill on the computer, reading, gaming and then start my day.
Hey, don't knock it, it's great you are getting some decent night sleeps, long may they continue. xx

I'm glad that you enjoyed the meal with friends, especially at that price! Makes it even more worthwhile.

Why would being able to draw a clock be part of a driver's exam? Wondering if weeding out elderly drivers by the testing reduces accidents by senior citizens.
I thought that was part of a memory test for alzheimer's. xx

Probably. You shouldn't drive with Alzheimers. I actually wrote that with a deadpan face.

Good to hear from you, Josephine. Glad all is going well. Sorry you're not able to do much knitting but it sounds like you've got plenty to keep you busy. Take care and enjoy your trip to France. xxxooo
You all are very busy. I enjoy knowing about your activities. Today I could not get appointment with heart doctor but was seen at a very nice urgent care. No appointments so had a lot of wait time. Did ekg showed my afib and did blood test, blood pressure and listened to my heart and coroided artery. Increased one med and gave me prescription for diuretic. I’ll need roller skates for that. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Rodent head popped out from under back of rental car a chipmunk size of a fish fry. I yelled at it but it just looked at me with a beady eye size of a pearl. Then ran under the car. I got in honked the horn and beat on the dash. Gas station guy opened the hood and didn’t see the critter. I banged on the dashboard. Son sprayed when we got home oil is suppose to repel critters. Hope so.
Hope afib stays still and critter vamooses.
