Actually TWO more.
My daughter-in-law saw a shirt with rabbits on it that she really liked and though I wanted to paint one like it for her, I had to change it quite a bit so as not to be copying someone else's design. I meant to show it as well and last night, she asked if I ever did. Glad she reminded me. I really enjoyed painting that one.
There are no brown streaks on the back of the shirt. Those are shadows made by the folds.

The other one is one like I used to paint for customers, with their horses, dogs, cats or whatever they wanted in the Tic Tac Toe squares.

Super creative, Jo. Beautifully done. Love that you added the small rabbit on the reverse side.

Thanks Joe. She wanted some crazy rabbits to wear for Easter but that she could wear other times as well. It was fun!

Even in leather crafting where there are published patterns in the public domain one still has to watch about copyright infringement especially if they are selling their projects. If a pattern comes in a project I will try to change the pattern by incorporating something from another pattern or from my brain housing. I am constantly thinking about patterns and how they can be used. Photographs is another place that patterns can be created from. You can do this by taking only a portion of different photographs to create a carving pattern.

Thank you for looking and commenting.
Sometimes I do look at a photograph, not often a pattern, but most of the time what I paint comes straight from my mind. I still see about a million things in my mind that I want to paint. I won't live long enough to paint 1/10th of them.
