Well there you go, we ended up with two great challenges running at the same time so I'll have to post to both. Because I'm old I've got a few old building shots for sure. Some quite personal. The one room school house was attended by my Father, grandfather and for a while my great grandfather taught there.
We moved back to MO from CA when I was in the 3rd grade. School was out when we left CA but there was 7 days left in MO when we arrived. So I attend the Blackoak Elementary school that held 8 grades in this one room school house.

I have not been able to find many old barns near where I live; so I play with my I-phone around one or two barns nearby and photograph them in different seasons or from different vantage points. Here are three pictures of one of them. A shot to the barn in the winter; a black and white rendition, and one taken in the springtime. I love this topic and will look further afield to find new challenges.
