You can buy it on DVD or Blu Ray and watch it any time you want. I bought the Blu Ray disc. Discs are making a comeback. People are getting frustrated by the whims of streaming services. Here today. Gone tomorrow. Free today. Pay tomorrow. This is why I have more than a thousand discs in my closet.

Casablanca is in my top 20, along with The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, Maltese Falcon and the African Queen. All outstanding Bogie flicks! One of my favorite scenes of all time is Bogie's chutzpah in The Treasure of the Sierra Madre when he, a lone Yank in Mexico, says to the bandidos ... "Where's your badges? You need badges."

I think the reply from the Bandido is even more famous (although it’s usually mis-quoted):

Gold Hat: Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. I don't have to show you any stinking badges.

Such an excellent film. The beautiful short lighting and soft focus on Ingrid Bergman is rarely seen today. I think I’ll have to order it up for tonight’s viewing. Thanks for sharing.

Michael Curtiz. One of my favorite directors. Used shadows so well.

You're absolutely right, but she does have some competition... my vote today goes to Olivia Wilde. She might not have done any movies as epic as Casablanca but there's no getting away from those eyes. IMHO

You are pretty well preserved for a guy that old. It was first released 1/23/1943. Over 80 years ago. Rereleased in 1992

I'll be 87 in two weeks. My photo was taken around 2000. I drink lots of 3 & 1 oil and spray WD40 in all my joints.

Thanks for the reply,
Mark
