I've bought several lenses from Japan on eBay. You often pay a bunch for shipping, but the "customer" service has been great. Had one arrive broken, and they just refunded all costs, including shipping. They really want the positive feedback, I guess.

Also consider looking at KEH. They have various versions of the manual focus 20mm lenses available.
