Korea - late 60s - 20 below - had to walk almost a mile to the Air Force - Tactical Air Control Center.
So cold I passed gas and heard it break when it hit the ground.
Very close to the Yellow Sea and the wind was COLD.

MASH, the tv show relayed that cold very well. The weather, too, during the Battle of Chosen Reservoir was horrendous. -36 degrees.
