Great shot, nice division, reflection, colors. Would you consider it luck or did you do something different to catch lightning in a bottle?

Thanks kpsk_sony - I'm glad you liked it. I focused on composition and exposure, and made sure to take extra shots as I don't think I'll ever see that kind of sky again,

Great shot but I wonder if the sky could have been the top 1/3 and the reflections in the water being the main focus. Just a thought.

Interesting idea. There is certainly less negative space cropping it that way. That can also be achieved by cropping a little bit off the left, then the sky and reflection converge at a power point.

I'm not trying to 2nd guess the artist, just some thoughts about slightly different compositions.
