Beautiful Linda I like it just the way it is.
Delighted you enjoyed, Jack. Thanks!

I enjoyed all the elements in this image. I liked the use of the birds in the bush, yet felt the 2nd rendition of the image was just a bit too dark.
Many thanks for your time and thoughtful feedback, Bev.

I like this and it makes me question why I haven't learned to make and use brushes.
This is good Linda! I have little to offer in the way of critique other than it works very well. Can’t agree with Fstop on the red, to me it’s an essential part of the image. And I can’t find APL’s vertical lines - I see two horizontal lines that are part of the barn roof but they’re fine. I simply think it looks right - all over! Hang in, Is APL referring to the blue vertical above the barn, in the sky? That could be cloned out but I’m not too bothered by it. But as she’s mentioned it, I would clone it out!!

Thank you Phil! Making a brush is pretty easy. See
here. The confusion for me was in how and where to save them.
Using them is a whole other thing. I tend to just "stamp"
But I've also learned a bit about how to distort (transform tools) to change the look of an insect or bird in flight, for example.

Thanks so much, Dave. I'm very pleased you enjoyed.
I see one vertical line for sure, and I understand that once one sees an imperfection, one must rid oneself of the offender

Beautiful work! I especially like the birds in the trees!
This is a superb work Linda. I like the second, slightly darker version best. In it the stars shine. I thought it could possibly be snowing in the original image.

No criticism. I love the sky and having the foreground image taking up almost the entire frame adds a lot to the composition.
