These shots were taken on one of North Florida's barrier islands. I have to check back periodically because there's always a new " crop ".
I really liked your driftwood trees and the last one was my favorite.

Thanks for the visit, Bud.
The last one is one of my all time favorites. It is so unusual to have remained upright.

Great B&W set, Tom.
Thanks, Earnest.
I go in spurts with B&W. Scenes like these driftwood shots almost demand B&W. Sometimes, where scenes are severely effected by very mottled lighting, B&W can save the day. I find that very true when I'm shooting the Bonaventure cemetery in Savannah.
That reminds me....I haven't been up there in several months. It's high time I got my fanny there to indulge in some of the most scrumptious eating anywhere in the South.
There is a driftwood beach on Jekyll Island, Georgia. Always gorgeous at twilight.

Beautiful shots.
Reminds me of the Oregon coast during the winter.
Well done, Tom! B&W is just right.
Thanks for the visit and for the thumbs up.
