Maybe not, but it’s like he’s not even trying.

I was reading the thread on my phone, I look up from the screen to rest my eyes and there it was, the actual embodyment of the thread.

Note the discount: second bottle is 67% off ! So, can you get 3 for $25 and 6 for $40, etc, etc or is it always gonna be at $20 per pair ?

When others just feed you a line and things don't square up, it may be difficult to not just keep what ails you all bottled up inside and to refrain from feeling boxed in.

Too much use of bargain priced ales to address that which ails may lead to seeing lines and squares that look like loops and swirls.

Nope! I know many people who English are poor (English isn't my first language either) but they don't write like he does. He does know English well. I have determined that Carl1024 is only 1 of these 2.
1. He is pulling out legs. (this is most likely)
2. He has mental problem (this isn't likely but that's the only excuse for posting what he posted).

Comes in handy, and is not objectionable.

They help to get the picture level, if nothing else. They also help you obey the Rule of Thirds so you don't get fined by the Photo Police. 😁

So, in keeping with the worst aspects of the internet, 'tis far more desirable and manly to denigrate and mock rather than appear to have been fooled (or to just let it go).

There is another discussion ongoing concerning atteacting younger members. This discussion is a very good example of why younger folks wouldn't tarry here for very long, at least not the ones we would think that we would want around.

Surely you don't mean the bickering, squabbling, bullying, mocking, harassing, etc is fully unattractive to youth??....and is something so unusual in online media that it is what makes UHH an undesirable landing spot for youth?
Don't the internet social interactions of youth, including comments on youtube videos, show how many of them gravitate to the same low levels of mistreatment of one another?? Some even stooping so low as to cyberbully in ways that push an individual to suicide, then finding out in court their inhumanity won them a few years residency in the gray bar hotel.

I see something different here. Carl has a long history of asking these cryptic questions. I’ve always pointed out that the lack of pertinent information makes his questions impossible to answer and ask for more info, but by and large I see most people trying to answer his questions. The answers are wildly divergent and mostly useless. What I see is a community that mostly tries to help.

If you really think the “ bickering, squabbling, bullying, mocking, harassing, etc” is so bad on here you should check out some of the gaming forums that are so popular with youth.

I'll pass on that suggestion, thank you.
I've seen too much of both the online and in person barbaric viciousness and gangrenous hatred that is ingrained in todays "civilized" societies.

I tried to find out about Carl in order to help him and I came to the conclusion that he either just wanted to play us or he has mental issue. Must be one of the the two things. Nothing else. He doesn't have problem with language.
