Driving across Kansas on rt 36 on a frosty early morning. Just before dawn I passed this old farmhouse and had to whip around to take a few shots. As I had recently purchased an HDR program I did three shot bursts at one stop intervals to see what I could do with the program. My aim was to get the farmhouse as true to what I was seeing as possible. That slightly exaggerated the sky but not too much. The Great Plains can really do a show with sunrise/sunset scenes without much help.
No 1 was using the HDR program. No 2 was minimally processed using PhotoNinja and GIMP. What do you think?

Thanks, I must say I had excellent light to work with. I have since tried several iterations and believe I may yet get something that comes close to what I actually saw.
