Amazing photo, like the tiger is jumping out of the page! Fujifilm makes awesome, innovative cameras. They seem to be a company which represents "out of the box" thinking. Great for all who have and shoot with Fuji products, but I can not. Being raised in a Kodak-employed family (3 generations!), being satisfied with Nikon, and (being picky here) feel it's rather an inaccurate name "FujiFILM" Digital Camera!

I shot a couple of hundred pictures this weekend with my Fuji X-T30, using my Fuji 27mm lens. I was very impressed by the performance of the compact Fuji. It was able to focus quickly and accurately, and the exposure was always spot-on using a single center focus point. I shot both JPEG and RAF (Fuji raw). As I had expected, I had much more processing leeway with the raw shots, especially with the Shadow slider (Luminar Neo).

Despite shooting with a wide-angle lens, I was able to crop way in and produce good results. Of course, "good results" is a relative term. I experimented with Luminar Supersharp for both general focus and motion blur, and it did a very good job. It's not instantaneous, though.

This carousel in Pottstown, PA was restored five years ago after twenty years of fundraising and restoring, at a cost of over $1million, all donations.

... not really. How many grumpy old women do you know of on the UHH?

Right! I didn't intend to post a picture, but I figured someone would ask for "proof" that I took pictures, so I reluctantly found one to post.

Without rules, people wouldn't have anything to complain about. And people do like to complain. Maybe this should be named the Cranky Hedge Hog forum.

That is pretty accurate.

I don't know why Fuji insists on that ridiculous name, especially since they're selling digital cameras. I refuse to use the full name.

I visit several other forums covering different topics, and not one of them has any need for an Attic. People on those forums behave like decent human beings.

Exactly. Apparently it adds significantly to the total views and posts which apparently makes the ad space more valuable so we can have ads like the one for fake Rolexes that appeared yesterday. Not the usual look alikes/fakes or advertised as Rolex style but advertised as genuine Rolexes, complete with the Rolex model number. Now one would hope that any adult member would know the current going price for a new Rolex is more than $300, but it is smarmy (and a scam) - kind of like the attic. Hopefully admin will notice and take it down - haven’t seen it today.

Just who is this mysterious man who pulls the levers behind the curtain. This reminds me of that old British television series, The Prisoner, starring Patrick McGoohan who found himself trapped in a village controlled by a nebulous character designated as "Number One" who pulled the strings.
