How can I pull all my photos off of the stored subject list that have collected there for the last few years.
Interesting...
All of what I use at UHH has not changed.
What's a "stored subject list"?

Whatever it is, it apparently must be ruined.
I prefer redundant backups on external hard drives. lol

When one contributes Photos on UHH it stores the photos under My Topics and I would like to take them off of the my topics file, so that I can close my file.

Ask Admin to remove them.
Users can't remove their posts.

When I click on your name I get your profile, on which I can see 'number of topics created'. Clicking on that gives a list of topics. It is not a list of images, but there are images in your topics. Clicking on a topic gives me the first post on that thread (your post). It may or may not contain an image. In the course of the thread there may be additional images if you add one in a later post.
I don't know how to find a list of all the images you have posted. Admin may, but it is not obvious to me how. If I place an image into a post the URL of the image could be something like
https://static.uglyhedgehog.com/upload/2023/9/10/t1-522384-p8040014.jpg (one of my images that I posted). Clicking on that URL gives me an image and from the URL I gather that it is stored in the folder
https://static.uglyhedgehog.com/upload/2023/9/10/ (a folder that is not public) and the image name is t1-522384-p8040014.jpg That gives me a clue as to when you uploaded the image and what the original filename was (2023/9/10 and p8040014.jpg). Nothing in the URL tells me who uploaded the image (in this particular case it is one of mine). So it appears to me that all the images from 2023/9/10 (September 10, 2023 written in ISO-8601 format) are contained in one big folder and has been assigned the number 522384. If I upload the file again on the same day it will have a new number but the same filename and base folder.
Admin knows his system and does not publish the details so it is not clear whether he can gather together all the images YOU posted. I think there is a strong possibility that your images will be there for the life of UHH, without recourse. This is purely my guess.
And then what happens to a user's threads, and all the comments people made about the photos he shared? Even
banned users' histories are (mostly) still with us
From
Photography Forum Rules, Help FAQ:
"We do not generally delete old images/posts at user's request. So if you don't want your content to be shown here indefinitely, then please don't post it here in the first place. The reason for that is simple: deleting one user's posts usually requires deleting responses posted by other users. So for the sake of keeping the forum stable, we maintain this policy."

Thanks, that's good to know.
I think the OP is just being ironic.
I have found that by clicking on home on the main page I get all the list of sections and it is easy to look at the ones I only want to see...
