I read later on that these guys are relatively harmless unless you go within ten miles of them They are typically non-aggressive BUT a number of newcomers here have been kicking at at em when they are in a yard or putting green which results in the loss of a kicking leg and sadly the gator who didn't like being kicked at gets shot. Leave them be, they will do the same for you. They were here FIRST!
